Nutrition

The Kids Club at PLANT FRUIT Center for Practical Arts will not only be a day care for the children of our adult students, it will be a fun place to learn. A place where kids will try new things and gain new understanding of the world around them.

Your donation can help us stock the shelves with games, books, art supplies, &  sleeping mats. Your donation can make the dream of a playground become a reality.

Your donation can insure every Batwa child in the Kisoro Hill Community has a safe place to go, with caring instructors and friends from the neighboring community.

Siblings in Playground

The PLANT FRUIT Kids Club was conceived when our founder spoke to a group of kids in California about the plight of the Batwa. They thought the best way to make kids happy was to build them a playground.  Then, a conversation with Batwa in Uganda sparked the idea to open a day care center with educational activities. With your help, Kids Club can become a reality!

KIDS HELPING KIDS:
Mrs. Byington's 3rd grade class, at Aspen Elementary saw a presentation by our founder,  then, raised $1,000. to help Batwa families in need. The following year, Aspen Student Council heard a presentation and decided to help. The donations became the seed money for a Kid's Club in Uganda.
THANK YOU ASPEN ELEMENTARY!
